Into the Woods: Forestry for Kids

January 28 @ 3:30 pm - 4:10 pm

$95

Animals use them as homes, we use them to build, and they make the oxygen we all need to breathe, but what else do you know about the trees in our backyard? In this class, we will learn how to identify some of the most common trees in the North Country, dig deep into their root systems, uncover what goes on behind their bark, and plant the seeds of how tree reproduction works! We’ll wrap things up with a costumed presentation on how all these different trees work together, and how to see the forest from the trees.
