NCCM Staff Artist, Liza Labarge Paige, has created a cardboard city styled after Tunisian (North African) architecture. Come play inside and add onto our card board city! You can also explore North African tile designs- ours will be made out of felt, and engineer a sail car. Tunisia is a North African country on the Mediterranean Sea. NCCM’s director worked in a museum in Monastir, Tunisia last summer as a Fulbright Specialist and is excited to share her experience through this hands-on STEAM installation.

At 11 AM and 2 PM practice making tile designs on our movable felt wall. Arrange and rearrange shapes and colors to come up with multiple patterns and designs. Take pictures of your tile designs so you can come paint them on the city walls next week!
