For kids walking to age 5, with a caregiver. A mix of movement, music, and stories based in yoga. Class starts with an “om” and ends with a craft. Fun for both kids and adults. Yoga with Sarah Scafidi-McGuire. Caregivers stay with children during the program.

Come learn by doing as we explore the art of knitting! We’ll start with the basics and work our way up, creating a project to take home after, even if it's still a work in progress.
