Let's do an experiment! We're going to swap out the paper and canvas for sheets of ice! Paint on your sheet of ice and then place it in the snow. We'll create an outdoor gallery here at the museum.   No need to preregister. Program included with membership and admission.

SLIME! Who doesn't love the ooey gooey substance! Maybe you've learned about the science of slime, but have you thought of slime as an art form? Let's experiment with mixing different slime processes and use them as our main art material! We will turn Slime into amazing works of Fine Art, including paintings, sculptures and installations!

Grades 1-5 In this class, children will learn to sew using a variety of hand sewing techniques. Participants will use their sewing skills to create clothing for teddy bears, dolls, and toys and other projects as time allows. This class is taught by artist Romi Sebald of Cranberry Brook Designs.

Let your child explore the world of clay. Children will have the opportunity to hand build projects, visit a real pottery studio, and learn about the glazing and firing processes. They will also be able to experience how clay is ‘thrown’ on a pottery wheel.
